Entrepreneurship skills training for women in Quang Long commune (Hai Ha)

From March 24 to 29, in Quang Long commune, the Employment Service Center opened 02 training courses to foster entrepreneurial skills, improve the capacity of unemployed women to participate in economic development with the participation of 60 women in Quang Long commune (Hai Ha). Trainees were taught about business planning methods, some business models, market analysis and assessment, and appropriate business organization methods. By participating in the training course, women had the opportunity to access preferential capital sources from the job creation loan projects of the Social Policy Bank to develop businesses according to state regulations.

The Employment Service Center issued certificates to 60 students who completed the training course.

Through the course, women will gain more knowledge, skills, courage and confidence to start a business; at the same time, improve their understanding of the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies related to career development and start-ups; promote the realization of business ideas and the development of start-ups, cooperatives, individual business households and newly established enterprises of women.

At the closing ceremony, the Employment Service Center granted certificates to 60 students who completed the entrepreneurship skills training course, improving the capacity of unemployed women to participate in economic development.
