The Impact Index of Administrative Reform on People, Organizations and Socio-Economic Development reached 69.51%.

Regarding the People's Satisfaction Index with State Administrative Services (SIPAS), Tuyen Quang province ranked 17th out of 63 provinces and cities with a score of 85.08%, up 9 ranks and 2.5 points compared to 2023.
