This model was established by the Customer Support and Care Center, under the City Public Administration Service Center, to facilitate individuals and organizations to register for business in Hanoi through direct and online consulting and guidance.

The free business establishment support consulting model is currently being implemented by the Customer Support and Care Center at 2 locations: Branch No. 01 of the City Public Administration Service Center (No. 258 Vo Chi Cong, Tay Ho District, Hanoi) and BIDV Tower (No. 194 Tran Quang Khai, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).

The model will provide free legal consulting and support services to individuals and organizations wishing to establish businesses or business households in Hanoi.

Consulting content includes: Providing detailed information on the registration process, necessary documents and services before and after business registration (business seal engraving services, digital signatures, opening bank accounts, electronic invoices, management software, accounting software, etc.); consulting on choosing the appropriate type of business; providing in-depth consulting support, etc.

Along with that, technical support, such as: Instructions for registering an account on the National Public Service Portal, submitting documents online; remote support (AI Chatbot, video tutorials, consulting via phone switchboard...).

In addition, the model helps new businesses access financial resources, such as through connecting with investment funds, support loan programs or government start-up funds; preparing loan applications or preparing projects to apply for funding funds...

The benefit of the free consulting support model is to save a large part of the cost when not having to hire expensive consulting services in the initial stage for the business; shorten the time to look up legal regulations, learn about the implementation process and the time to travel regularly to state agencies to submit documents directly, supplement documents when there are errors and receive results...
