Attending the meeting were leaders of the Department of Finance, the Department of Education and Training and leaders of the Department of Finance and Planning of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

After listening to the reports of the leaders of the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Finance and the opinions of the units attending the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Dung concluded and directed: " Public service units, focusing on the education and training sector, continue to maintain parking and canteen activities according to the guidance document of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 9757/BTC-QLCS dated September 26, 2022; Bidding must be carried out publicly and transparently, ensuring fire prevention and fighting safety, and food hygiene and safety".

The implementation time is in August 2024", the announcement of the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee said.

At the same time, the document of the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee also clearly stated: "The Department of Finance is assigned to organize the review and re-examination of projects submitted by public service units for appraisal by the Department of Finance and the Department of Finance has provided appraisal comments, but up to now the unit has not yet completed the project to submit to the competent authority for consideration and decision. On that basis, the Department of Finance has solutions to remove obstacles and guide the unit to implement; in cases beyond its authority, the Department of Finance will synthesize and propose to the City People's Committee to promptly direct the removal for the unit.

At the same time, the Department of Finance discussed and worked with units whose projects had been approved by the City People's Committee to obtain information on how the units had implemented the project, whether there were any problems or difficulties, or were implementing it well; in case of good implementation, it would continue to promote it and serve as a model for other units to follow; in case of problems or difficulties, it would promptly provide solutions to support the units, ensuring the most effective and correct implementation. Implementation time is in August 2024".
