Mr. Nguyen Ke Toai, residing in Ward 10, My Tho City, said that in the early morning and afternoon of March 31, the high tide suddenly rose, causing flooding on Ap Bac Street, affecting the business of his family as well as some households in the area near Trung Luong roundabout.

District Road 92 is heavily flooded.

According to the Tien Giang Province Hydrometeorological Station, the highest high tide level in early March of the lunar calendar at the downstream stations of the Tien River occurred from March 31 to April 1 (ie March 3 and 4 of the lunar calendar).
