In particular, the grassroots trade union of administrative and public service agencies has coordinated with heads of agencies and units to mobilize cadres, civil servants and public employees to uphold the sense of responsibility in performing assigned tasks. In the past 5 years, 148 initiatives and solutions for grassroots work have been recognized.

(Baoquangngai.vn) - In the period of 2020 - 2025, the emulation movement "Good workers, creative workers" has promoted the creativity of workers, with more than 12 thousand technical innovation initiatives, bringing great value to businesses.

On the morning of April 12, the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and the provincial industrial parks organized the second conference to commend excellent and creative workers for the period 2020 - 2025. Attending the conference was the President of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Anh Lan.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, trade unions at all levels in Dung Quat Economic Zone and the province's industrial parks mobilized cadres, union members and workers to actively participate in the emulation movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - No one is left behind" with many practical actions. Typically, mobilizing businesses to support 150 million VND, building 3 "Union Shelters" for workers with housing difficulties; mobilizing Mensa Industries Co., Ltd. to donate the project "Binh An Kindergarten Canteen - Tho An cluster" with a total cost of nearly 300 million VND; building 2 charity houses for policy families with an amount of 100 million VND. Some grassroots trade unions mobilized union members to contribute working days, give gifts to households eligible for support to remove temporary houses, dilapidated houses, etc.

In addition, the Enterprise Union mobilizes workers to enthusiastically compete in labor and production; focuses on promoting the movement of promoting technical innovation initiatives, which has benefited enterprises in both cost and time. In the past 5 years, there have been more than 12,000 technical innovation initiatives that have benefited tens of billions of VND each year.

Speaking at the conference, Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation Nguyen Thi Anh Lan acknowledged, commended and congratulated the achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of union members, workers, civil servants, laborers and the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and the provincial industrial parks over the past 5 years.

To create a premise to contribute to the successful implementation of the province's socio-economic development plan in the coming time, comrade Nguyen Thi Anh Lan requested the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and the provincial industrial parks to continue to propagate and thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; promote the patriotic emulation movement among union members, workers, civil servants and laborers through activities suitable to the actual conditions of agencies, units and enterprises. Focus on closely coordinating with business owners and employers to ensure the implementation of policies and laws related to employees; focus on directing and organizing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Trade Union Congress and the Resolution of the Vietnam Trade Union Congress, etc.

On this occasion, the Dung Quat Economic Zone Trade Union and the provincial industrial parks awarded 5 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, period 2020 - 2025. At the same time, launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030.
