After a long period of persistent monitoring and investigation, recently, Buon Ma Thuot City Police in coordination with the professional departments of the Provincial Police mobilized dozens of officers and soldiers divided into many teams to simultaneously inspect and catch 10 locations that were recording lottery numbers for gamblers. Objects related to the lottery line.
Police are taking statements from subjects involved in the lottery number recording ring.

Initially, the police determined that this lottery line was led by Nguyen Thi Bich Tram (born in 1979, residing in Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City); operating since the beginning of 2022 until now and has 25 participants. On average, each day, the subjects receive lottery numbers for gamblers with a total amount of over 200 million VND.

This is a very sophisticated lottery line, the subjects do not receive direct exposure but transfer it via text messages and social networks such as Viber, Zalo, Messenger, Telegram... At the end of the day, they will base on the lottery results of the Central and Northern lottery companies to calculate the winning and losing ratio with the gamblers. At the end, all messages are deleted.
