Deploying mass mobilization tasks in the fourth quarter

On the morning of October 6, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to review mass mobilization work in the third quarter and deploy key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2023. Comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the conference.

Also attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the District and City Party Committees' Mass Mobilization Committees.

In the third quarter of 2023, the mass mobilization work of the political system in the province continued to be maintained and achieved relatively comprehensive results.

Notably, the work of deploying, summarizing and concluding documents of the Central and the province on mass mobilization work, including summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution 25 of the 11th Central Executive Committee, 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 43 of the Secretariat on continuing to implement Resolution No. 25 on "Strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work in the new situation", summarizing the emulation movement and praising typical models and examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the period of 2021 - 2023 was carried out promptly and seriously.

The activities of the Mass Mobilization Committee, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations have many innovations and creativity, bringing practical results; they have focused on grasping the situation, thoughts, and performing well the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, association members, and the people. Mass mobilization work in ethnic minority and religious areas continues to receive attention and focus.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, highly appreciated the results of mass mobilization work in the third quarter of 2023, and at the same time pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations and suggested that in the fourth quarter, the mass mobilization system at all levels focus on consulting on the preliminary and final summaries of the Central and provincial directives, resolutions and conclusions on mass mobilization work, especially the preliminary review of 3 years of implementing the Project "Improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in Ninh Binh province, period 2021 - 2025"; 1 year of the Coordination Program between the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Coast Guard Command on implementing mass mobilization work.

Proactively do a good job of advising the Party Committee leaders, promptly directing the implementation of tasks on mass mobilization work; implement the program of supervision, social criticism, and dialogue in 2023;

Direct, monitor, and grasp the situation of organizing the Congress of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin at the district level, term 2023 - 2028. Organize well the activities in the "Mass Mobilization Month", celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the Party's traditional mass mobilization work day, 24 years of the National Mass Mobilization Day.

Strengthen the work of grasping the situation of the people, the situation of workers, the situation of religion and ethnicity; promptly inform, report, and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to advise on effective solutions when problems arise.
