The Ecus6 system is built with a backup function for the VNACCS/VCIS system when the VNACCS/VCIS system has a problem. When the VNACCS/VCIS system has a problem, the Ecus6 system will be activated and perform the reception of customs declarations to temporarily replace the VNACCS/VCIS system.
Once the VNACCS/VCIS system is fixed and ready to receive customs declarations, the Ecus6 system will be temporarily suspended.
The subjects using the Ecus6 system include: Regional Customs Branches; Management Supervision Board, Customs Tax Department, Risk Management Board and Information Technology and Customs Statistics Board; agencies, organizations and enterprises providing customs declaration services.
Units officially implementing the Ecus6 system within the scope of contract No. 05092024/HDKT/CNTT-HITD: Starting from March 25, 2025.
For the subsystem receiving low-value declarations in accordance with Decision No. 01/2025/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister (outside the scope of contract No. 05092024/HDKT/CNTT-HITD): After receiving instructions from competent authorities, the Customs Department will notify the implementation plan to the units.
The document also clearly states: Address for receiving declarations to the Ecus6 system for businesses: https://tqdtv6.customs.gov.vn. The Ecus6 system of the Customs Department allows businesses to officially connect from March 25, 2025.
Regarding the information exchange mechanism, message format and connection method remain unchanged compared to the current VNACCS system.
