Deploying the Front's work program in 2025

Today, January 10, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to review the Front's work in 2024 and deploy a program of coordination and unified action in 2025. Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Dao Manh Hung and Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Le Hong Son chaired the conference. Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang highly appreciated the achievements and contributions of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations to the socio-economic achievements, national defense and security, Party building work and the political system of the province in 2024, especially the propaganda and mobilization for the implementation of 3 national target programs; the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households according to the policy of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Providing more information on some key political policies and tasks of the country and the province to be implemented in 2025, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang hoped that the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations in the province would continue to unite, reach consensus, join forces, promote the strength of great national unity, act as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, national defense and security, building a streamlined Party and local political system that operates effectively and efficiently.

Focus on propaganda, advocacy, and resource mobilization to achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households and housing for policy families according to the policy of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, to be completed before the 18th Provincial Party Congress. The Front and its member organizations promote the strength of social classes in residential areas to develop themselves, ensure security, order, peace, and a better life every day. Build a strong national solidarity bloc, mobilize the people's strength to care for the people, and build Quang Tri homeland to develop rapidly along with the development of the country.

In 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the province and its member organizations will closely follow the resolutions of Party committees at all levels, resolutions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congresses at all levels, the socio-economic development goals of the province, effectively implement political tasks, patriotic emulation movements launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, contributing to creating social consensus, effectively implementing socio-economic tasks, national defense and security in the area. Notably, mobilizing resources to carry out social security work and eliminate housing for poor households, building nearly 900 houses for poor households, bringing the total number of houses for poor households under Project 197 to 1,860 houses to date.

The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has been implemented synchronously and effectively, the whole province has 3 districts meeting new rural standards. The congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Tri province, term 2024 - 2029 took place successfully, truly becoming a widespread political activity, spreading the spirit of great solidarity among all classes of people; highly promoting cultural values, strength and spirit of dedication, creating strong internal resources and breakthrough motivation in building and defending the Fatherland.

Regarding the 2025 tasks, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and member organizations focus on effectively implementing 9 contents of the Program of coordination and unified action of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

In particular, we focus on continuing to propagate and mobilize the implementation of innovation in the organization and arrangement of the political system; mobilizing resources to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households and promoting democracy, practicing grassroots democracy, participating in building a clean and strong Party and government.

Concluding the conference, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Dao Manh Hung emphasized that the key task in 2025 of the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations is to promote the role and core values ​​of the Fatherland Front as the political foundation of the people's government.

Strengthen propaganda and mobilization to implement the policy of streamlining the political system apparatus, merging communes and continuing to innovate activities, preparing to wait for the central government to decide on the policy of streamlining the apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the coming time.

Focus on mobilizing and maximizing social resources to effectively eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for nearly 3,000 poor households and 564 houses for policy families before August 2025. Organize the implementation of the resolutions of the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels into life, focusing on residential areas.

These are tasks that must be done immediately, quickly and well, towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels held in 2025.
