The digital economy will bring that space to Ho Chi Minh City with the goal of 40% of Ho Chi Minh City's GDP in 2030 coming from the digital economy. However, to achieve this goal, Ho Chi Minh City alone will never achieve the goal but must connect with the region, forming a space of traction".

Specifically, the city needs to plan human resource development and place orders for digital human resource training facilities for priority industries for digital economic development,” Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Hung Son, University of Economics and Law (Ho Chi Minh City National University), contributed his opinion.
