On a road length of more than 600m, the Tet Flower Street was elaborately constructed, with many large and small construction items, using up to 109,000 flower baskets of various types and many environmentally friendly materials. There are about 90 Ty mascot designs created over the past months, showing diversity in shades and shapes, bringing impressive and interesting experiences to visitors. Among them, the most prominent are the Kim Ty couple, 42m long and Ngan Ty, 25m long, over 6m high, with the upper back covered with about 6,300 reflective mica scales, combined with LED lights running along both sides of the belly, sharp eyes with a diameter of 10cm.

In the Flower Street, there is also a mascot named Lady Ty, a typical Southern character, wearing a scarf and conical hat, modeled after a king cobra with its head raised, its whole body covered in green, more than 50m long and over 10m high.
In recent days, before the Flower Street officially opened, this mascot lady Ty was recorded by many people, posted on social networks, and received many positive reviews.
