Hai Duong City has many activities to celebrate the big holiday

Many cultural and sports activities were held to celebrate the founding of Thanh Dong and the liberation of Hai Duong city. In the photo: Tan Binh Ward Women's Union organized a folk dance performance.

On the occasion of the 220th anniversary of the founding of Thanh Dong (1804-2024) and the 70th anniversary of the city's liberation (October 30, 1954 - October 30, 2024), wards and communes in Hai Duong city organized many cultural, artistic and sports activities to celebrate.

On October 16, Cam Thuong ward will organize cultural, sports and folk dance exchanges between 7 residential areas.

On October 17, Thach Khoi ward organized a cultural exchange between 9 residential areas and 2 clubs; Pham Ngu Lao ward organized a volleyball exchange.

On October 18, Ngoc Chau, Nhi Chau, Tran Hung Dao, Tu Minh wards and Gia Xuyen commune organized cultural exchanges, badminton, table tennis, and volleyball.

On October 19, Tran Phu ward organized a cultural exchange with the ward's women's association; Hai Duong City Labor Federation organized a sports festival; Nam Dong, Tu Minh wards and Quyet Thang commune organized sports exchanges.

On October 20, the Center for Culture, Information and Sports organized the Hai Duong City Open Karate Championship.

On the afternoon of October 13, more than 150 cadres and women's union members of Tan Binh ward organized a mass performance.

From October 21 to 30, many cultural, artistic and sports activities continued to be organized by units, wards and communes of Hai Duong city.

Previously, since the beginning of October, some communes and wards of the city have organized many propaganda, cultural and artistic activities to celebrate.
