Total retail sales of goods and service revenue in the first 9 months of 2023 reached more than VND 75,258 billion, an increase of nearly 8.8% over the same period last year.
Specifically, total retail sales of goods reached nearly 65,000 billion VND, accounting for 86.28%, up 8.9% over the same period last year. Of which, some items had higher growth rates than the general growth rate, including: automobiles of all kinds (up 86.95%); garments (up 43.45%)...
Compared to the same period last year, revenue from accommodation and catering services reached nearly VND6,139 billion, accounting for 8.16% of total retail sales and consumer service revenue and increased by 7.81%; revenue from other consumer services reached more than VND4,136 billion, up 7.78%.

According to the Department of Industry and Trade, trade and market activities in the first 9 months of 2023 in the province fluctuated little, prices of some essential goods were relatively stable, there were no shortages or sudden price increases.
In addition, supermarkets and retail stores regularly carry out promotional programs to stimulate consumption with adequate inventory of goods, helping service revenue maintain growth momentum.
