On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to Comrade Tran Thi Thang, Deputy Head of the Administrative Department (Office of the Provincial Party Committee) for her outstanding achievements in performing her duties.

In 2023, the Office of the Party Committee at all levels proactively coordinated with advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee in developing and organizing the implementation of programs and projects of the Party Committee to concretize the resolutions of the Central Committee; advised on the preliminary and final review of the resolutions and directives of the Central Committee and Party Committees at all levels to ensure quality, progress and prescribed time, especially the mid-term review of the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. The Office of the Provincial Party Committee advised and served well the content of meetings and conferences of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee; advised on the leadership and direction of the Party Committee's activities in accordance with regulations; Well implement the key work program for the entire term and 2023, complete the contents of the Central Committee's direction, the new, emerging contents of strategic and breakthrough nature in the fields of Party building, internal affairs, foreign affairs, socio-economic development; many proposals and recommendations are recognized and highly appreciated by the Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the efforts of the staff and civil servants working in the Party Committee Office in 2023. Regarding the tasks in 2024, he suggested: The Party Committee Office needs to strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of advisory work to help the Party Committee organize the serious and effective implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; resolutions and action programs to implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Advise on the establishment and implementation of activities of subcommittees and working groups to prepare for the 18th Provincial Party Congress. Improve the quality of coordination in building the Party Committee's work program, advisory work to serve the Party Committee's conferences and meetings; working sessions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in localities, agencies and units to ensure science, efficiency, thrift and anti-waste. Coordinate with monitoring agencies, grasp the situation to advise on speeding up disbursement progress from the beginning of the year, solutions to remove difficulties in site clearance, construction progress of key projects...
