The Cai Luong play is called “Where the Dawn Calls” by author Le Chi Trung, adapted by Meritorious Artist Ngoc Chi and Meritorious Artist Pham Ngoc Duong, directed by People's Artist Hoang Quynh Mai, music by People's Artist Hoang Anh Tu. The play aims to promote the image of nature, people and culture of Quang Ninh, contributing to stimulating tourism and developing the province's socio-economy.
