On the afternoon of January 16, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 and the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), General Secretary To Lam visited and burned incense to commemorate the late General Secretaries Le Duan, Do Muoi, and Le Kha Phieu at his private home.
Also attending were comrades: Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office; leaders of the Party Central Committee Office and the Office of the General Secretary.
General Secretary To Lam Light incense sticks, respectfully remember the late General Secretaries: Le Duan, Do Muoi, Le Kha Phieu and express deep gratitude for the great contributions of our predecessors to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
Comrade Le Duan was born on April 7, 1907 in Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province. During 60 years of revolutionary activities, 26 consecutive years in the position of First Secretary and General Secretary of the Party Central Committee (1960-1986), he made great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation and left behind valuable lessons for the cause of building socialism and developing the country. He was a shining example of a communist soldier who devoted his whole life to the country and the people, an outstanding student of President Ho Chi Minh.
Comrade Do Muoi was born on February 2, 1917, in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city. During more than 80 years of revolutionary activities, he was tempered and matured through resistance wars and in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, always maintaining the will and integrity of a communist soldier in all circumstances, striving all his life and making many great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
Comrade Le Kha Phieu was born on December 27, 1931, in Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province. Throughout his revolutionary career, in any position, he always excellently fulfilled his important responsibilities before the Party, the State and the people, always maintaining the integrity of a communist soldier, the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", devoted himself to the country and the people, making important contributions to the great achievements of the cause of national renewal.
In the warm atmosphere of the days before the traditional Lunar New Year, General Secretary To Lam kindly asked about the living and working conditions of the comrades' families and hoped that the families would continue to promote traditions, educate their children and grandchildren to follow the example of their fathers and grandfathers, constantly strive to study, strive to achieve many achievements in work, and actively contribute to the construction and development of their homeland and country.
