Organization of the political system of Hoa Binh province after the reorganization

(Dan Tri) - After restructuring the organizational structure, Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee still has 5 advisory agencies, 14 affiliated Party Committees; the Provincial People's Committee still has 19 affiliated agencies and units.

On February 12, the Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on the organization of the political system and personnel work.

At the conference, the Standing Committee of Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to end the activities of 8 Party delegations, 3 provincial Party Executive Committees and end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc.

The Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also announced the decision to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department. Mr. Vo Ngoc Kien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department, was assigned to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department.

The establishment of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province was also announced. Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The conference announced the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, the decisions of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province on the establishment of provincial specialized agencies; announced the decision to establish and the decision to appoint leaders of departments and branches (after the merger).

After restructuring the organizational apparatus, the advisory and support agencies of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee have 5 agencies (1 agency less); 14 Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee (1 Party Committee more); 19 agencies and units directly under the Provincial People's Committee (5 agencies less); 39 departments, branches, and public service units under provincial-level agencies and units are reduced; 31 specialized departments under district-level People's Committees are reduced.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that the conference announcing decisions on the organization of the political system and the appointment of officials is an important political event of the province, marking the process of changes in the organization to suit the practical situation, which is supported by officials, party members and people of all walks of life.

"Up to now, the organizational arrangement of Hoa Binh province has been completed, creating an important premise for successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels, successfully implementing the political goals set by the province and preparing all conditions to enter a new era - the era of national growth," said Mr. Long.
