On the afternoon of March 25, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of district and commune-level administrative units of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee was still researching and finalizing the plan to merge commune-level administrative units. Therefore, posting and sharing false information may be handled according to the provisions of the law.

According to information in Hai Duong Newspaper, by the afternoon of March 25, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of district and commune-level administrative units of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee is continuing to research and complete the orientation of the plan to merge commune-level administrative units in the province to propose and report to the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee.

The development of plans must continue to update the Central's directives and be consistent with the practical situation in localities.

On the afternoon of March 25, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of district and commune-level administrative units of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province is continuing to research and complete the orientation of the plan to merge commune-level administrative units in the province.

Currently, many people are exchanging and sharing information with each other about some plans to arrange commune-level administrative units in Hai Duong.

Unofficial, incomplete, or even false information causes misunderstandings and affects the thinking of cadres, party members, and people in implementing the above policy. Posting and sharing false information can also be handled according to the law.

At the request of the Steering Committee for summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of Hai Duong province, the Provincial Party Committee directed specialized agencies to develop a Project on Arranging and merging commune-level administrative units (specific functions, tasks, organizational structure, payroll; staff arrangement, office; handling of assets, office...), and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee before April 30, 2025.
