Historic conference discusses historic decisions

After 3 days of urgent and serious work (from April 10 to 12) with a high sense of responsibility, the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee completed all the contents and programs set out and closed on the afternoon of April 12.

In his closing speech, General Secretary To Lam said that the Central Committee members had democratically discussed, listened to, and frankly exchanged many new and important issues and reached a high level of consensus on important and core contents. It can be affirmed that the 11th Central Committee Conference, 13th tenure, had completed all the contents and programs set out. Many Central Committee members suggested that the Politburo recognize this as a historic Conference, discussing historic decisions in the new revolutionary period of our country.
