Research and survey investment locations for international marina projects in Quang Nam

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung - Director of Bien Viet Joint Stock Company said that Quang Nam has many scenic spots, is a province with many beautiful beaches, charming river scenery, attracting millions of tourists every year. In particular, localities such as Hoi An City, Duy Xuyen, Nui Thanh are places with wide estuaries, good water stability, so Quang Nam's support for the survey and implementation of the marina is necessary.

After listening to opinions from local leaders and provincial departments and agencies, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Thai Binh acknowledged the receptiveness and specific discussion about the current advantages and potentials of Quang Nam so that investors could grasp more information.

In particular, important factors need to be considered from planning, documents, hydrology, culture, inland traffic law, maritime, environmental impact assessment, disaster prevention plans to choose the most suitable location to implement the anchorage and logistics project serving international yachts.

At the end of the working session, the Quang Nam Provincial Delegation and Bien Viet Joint Stock Company agreed on the expected time before March 15, the relevant parties will determine the official location for the project investment. After that, the Department of Planning and Investment will propose related procedures and the project investment policy to the Provincial People's Committee.
