According to Mr. Nguyen Khuong Hai, information security expert, Vietnam Information Security Association, there are many forms of online fraud today, including the form of taking advantage of the development of AI technology. Accordingly, bad guys use Deepfake technology to create videos that fake the images and voices of reputable figures. Fake calls use the voices of relatives or business leaders, making it easy for victims to trust and be deceived.
To ensure information security, organizations and individuals need to use reliable web browsers and update their versions regularly; do not share banking information and passwords via social media channels; hide personal information on the homepages of social media platforms; actively participate in awareness training sessions, update new attack trends, etc.
