The 32-page guide contains information on how to prepare for emergencies such as war, natural disasters and cyber attacks. It is an update of an information booklet that Sweden has distributed to its citizens five times since World War II.
Also on November 18, the Finnish government launched a website to collect information on preparing for various crises, according to AFP. Finland has a 1,340 km long border with Russia.
