Ho Chi Minh City University of Law's Tet bonus increased by 20% compared to last year

This year, the Lunar New Year bonus of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law 2025 increased by 20% compared to last year.

Ho Chi Minh City University of Law inaugurated the project to renovate and repair the canteen and lecturer's rooms.

This morning (January 17), Ho Chi Minh City University of Law informed about the Lunar New Year bonus 2025 for the school's staff and employees.

Accordingly, the total Tet bonus for school staff and employees this year will increase by 20% compared to 2024. Specifically, the Tet care money will include 4 items: Tet money, Tet bonus, emulation title money and New Year money.

In which, the Tet bonus is equivalent to one month's income including salary and additional income calculated according to December 2024 (except for some special cases according to the school's own regulations). Tet bonus depends on the level of task completion, each person is awarded from more than 7 million VND to more than 12 million VND. The emulation title money will include 2 levels: advanced workers are awarded 3.5 million VND and grassroots emulation fighters are awarded 5.25 million VND. As for the New Year bonus, each civil servant and employee will be awarded 3 million VND.

Also this morning, the school held an inauguration ceremony for the renovation and repair of the canteen and lecturer's room at Nguyen Tat Thanh campus (District 4, Ho Chi Minh City). The event is part of a series of activities to care for the lives of civil servants, workers and students on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.

Dr. Le Truong Son, Principal of the school, said that in addition to focusing on investing and equipping facilities to promptly serve the school's training needs, the school also always focuses on improving facilities to improve working conditions and services for students, staff and workers. For example, investing in the Ulaw Top View Educafe area, the self-study area of ​​​​building C, upgrading classrooms and halls to create a cool, modern and convenient space, helping lecturers and students focus on research and study... The repair and renovation of the canteen and lecturers' lounge at Nguyen Tat Thanh campus aims to improve the quality of life, create convenience for lecturers and students in resting, regenerating labor, and improving the quality of spiritual life.

In addition, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law also presented 34 support gifts with a total value of nearly 100 million VND to students in difficult circumstances who returned home for Tet and did not have the conditions to return home for Tet.

Last year, at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, each employee and worker received 3 bonuses. In addition to 1 month's salary based on the coefficient and additional income (13th month salary), the remaining 2 bonuses were based on work performance and year-end competition results. In 2023, the school's bonus for those who have worked for 12 months and are eligible for competition is the highest at 45 million VND, and the lowest is over 10 million VND.
