According to the posted content, the rearview mirror and the driver's side window showed signs of being smashed. Some people in the clip said that the people in the car had kidnapped two girls living in this area.

Upon receiving the information, Cai Nuoc town police quickly arrived at the scene and invited those involved to the headquarters for questioning.

At the police station, Mr. Pham Van Nam (54 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City) stated that he knew a woman named Thuy (currently living in Cambodia). Ms. Thuy hired Mr. Nam from Ho Chi Minh City to go to Cai Nuoc district to pick up LNY (25 years old) and PKV (17 years old, both living in Cai Nuoc town) to take them to Cambodia to work. Ms. Thuy then sent the contact phone numbers of the two girls to Mr. Nam.

At around 9:30 a.m. that same day, Mr. Nam came to pick up Y. and V., took them out to eat and buy cosmetics. After eating, Y. did not agree to get in the car to go to Cambodia, so he called a motorbike taxi to pick them up. Meanwhile, V. told Mr. Nam to open the car door to get her things, but the man did not agree.

Mr. Nam said that Ms. Thuy paid for the cosmetics so he had to wait for a call to ask for her opinion.

"People did not understand the incident clearly so they spread rumors that there was a kidnapping. Some extremists broke Mr. Nam's car window and live-streamed the incident on social media," said information from Cai Nuoc town police.

The leader of Cai Nuoc District confirmed that there was no kidnapping as reported on social media.
