Chairwoman of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education Nguyen Thi Doan said that more attention should be paid to the issue of building a learning society. To implement this, there needs to be commitment from the government, resources and consensus among the people.

Regarding institutions in building a learning society and lifelong learning, the Prime Minister clearly stated that there must be mechanisms and incentive policies, and everyone must have equal access to this issue.
