Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh holds talks with Prime Minister Kishida Fumio

During the program of attending the Summit to celebrate the 50th anniversary of ASEAN-Japan relations and conducting bilateral activities in Japan, on the afternoon of December 16, in Tokyo, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio. This is the sixth meeting between the two countries' Prime Ministers in the past two years and the second in 2023.
