"Green living leader" spreads green message

(NLDO) - "Green Living Leader", a reality TV show inspiring green messages, will premiere its first episode on VTV3 on January 19.

"Green Living Leader" is a reality TV show that promotes green living and emission reduction in daily life. The program creates communication activities for universities, proposes green living projects, green living actions, introduces and spreads inspirational projects and initiatives.

Targeting the main audience of the Gen Z generation, especially university students across the country, the program aims to spread awareness of environmental protection and change daily habits to minimize negative impacts on nature.

On the journey to build the image of a green leader, the program helps young people realize green projects and actions, contributing practically to creating a sustainable green lifestyle for young people and the community. Notably, the practical actions of the players in the program can be seen and measured, with the amount of CO2 reduction used as a common measure.

In "Green Leadership", teams participate in diverse and practical challenges, applying knowledge and skills to perform real-life tasks. Notably, the creative requirement is derived from daily habits to create green living actions that are easy to apply in life.

The final challenge of the program is full of challenges. In the gala episode, the teams will apply all the knowledge accumulated through each episode to contribute green living ideas to the community and society through the Green Festival event.

With the message "Gen G - Leading green living", the program features many famous faces such as MC Khanh Vy, Miss H'Hen Nie, singer Vu Thinh, supermodel - MC Manh Khang... In addition, there will be the appearance of prestigious experts in the fields of environment, sustainable fashion and green cuisine. They will support, provide knowledge and solutions to protect the environment, and at the same time guide and evaluate the contestants.

The 6 young people participating throughout the "Green Living Leader" program include: Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh (Van Hien University); Do Thu Trang (University of Foreign Languages ​​- Hanoi National University); Doan Thi To Quyen (Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics); Ly Minh Anh (Can Tho University); Nguyen Thi Trung Chien (University of Law - Hanoi National University) and Duong Hai Phong (VinUniversity).

Accompanying the contestants is MC Huyen Trang "Mustard", a familiar face to young people, especially Gen Z.

Each episode of "Green Living Leader" is designed according to each theme: "Eat green", "Wear green", "Live green", thereby presenting a green living message in a practical and accessible way for young people.

The program gives challenges in each episode, 6 contestants are divided into teams depending on the task of each episode, each team is provided with a CO2 account throughout the rounds. The team with the lowest amount of CO2 in the account at the end of the program will win, becoming the champion of "Green Living Leader".

"Green Living Leader" is part of the "Leading Green Living - Opening a Sustainable Future" campaign implemented by Panasonic to realize the global commitment to reduce 300 million tons of CO2 emissions by 2050 and achieve net zero emissions by 2030.

The program was held in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Tien Giang, attracting thousands of students to participate, creating a highlight with its practical experience and impact.

"Green Living Leader" consists of 4 episodes, broadcast at 3pm every Sunday on VTV3 channel on January 19, 26 and February 9, 16.
