Vietnamese cinema market promises to explode in 2025

The Tet movie market this year has become interesting with the confrontation of 3 directors who are all notable names: director Tran Thanh with “The Four Guardians”, director Nguyen Quang Dung with “Love by Mistake” and director Thu Trang with “The Billionaire Kiss”. “The Four Guardians” continues to make waves at the Vietnamese box office in the first days of the new year 2025.

Up to now, there have been 3-4 horror films expected to be released in theaters, namely "House of Ancestors" by Huynh Lap, "Under the Lake" by director Tran Huu Tan, "Ut Lan" by director Tran Trong Dan and "Heo Nam Ho" by Vo Thanh Hoa - Mai Bao Ngoc. “Tunnel: Sun in the Dark” directed by Bui Thac Chuyen and “Red Rain” directed by Dang Thai Huyen.
