According to many electronics stores, the units all focus on importing refrigeration products in the mid-range segment to meet customer needs.

Mr. Vu Huy Dieu, General Director of a company specializing in importing air conditioners, said that from the beginning of the year, he had prepared enough goods to promptly serve the cooling needs of consumers during the hot season.

“Since the beginning of March 2025, the consumption of refrigeration products in the hot season has increased. Therefore, we have increased the staff to advise on sales, transport and install equipment for customers, and at the same time promote after-sales policies such as “one-for-one exchange” within one year, increasing the product warranty period so that customers can use it with peace of mind,” Mr. Dieu shared.

Mr. Nguyen Huy, representative of an electronics store on Hoa Binh Street (Tan Phu District) said that this year, manufacturers and suppliers have been proactive in production and import, so goods are abundant and diverse, and prices are cheaper (down 3-5% compared to last year).

It is forecasted that the demand for cooling equipment will continue to increase as the heat continues to last. Many supermarkets and electronics stores have launched a series of attractive incentive and promotion programs such as: direct discounts of 10-15%, free supplies, interest-free installment payments; free shipping, installation, incentives when buying online... to stimulate consumption as well as create a competitive advantage in the market.
