The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has just sent a document to training institutions (CSĐT) regarding the implementation of university enrollment in 2023.
The Ministry of Education and Training requires that training institutions must not stipulate, notify or require candidates to register their first choice on the system before being considered for admission (except for candidates applying to police or military training institutions).
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that all candidates must confirm their admission online on the system, from August 22 to before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023. Training institutions are not allowed to ask candidates to confirm their admission or enroll before August 22 and are not allowed to complete their admission confirmation or enrollment before 5:00 p.m. on September 6 (including for joint training programs with foreign countries).
The CSĐT must fulfill its commitments to candidates; advise, support and resolve complaints, and protect the legitimate rights of candidates in cases of risks announced in the enrollment plan according to regulations.
According to the plan, universities will announce 2023 university admission scores and admission results before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
