Construction has reached nearly 40% of the volume of Phase I of the Temple of Literature Park Project.

The Temple of Literature Park is an important project of the city and the province to create a community space for the area, connecting important cultural works. To ensure the project's progress, the contractor and investor are focusing on conditions, speeding up the construction of phase I items, striving to complete in early June 2025.

The project to invest in the construction of technical infrastructure and auxiliary works of Van Mieu Park has a total planning area of ​​over 47,000 m2, with an investment cost of over 680 billion VND, invested by the Bac Ninh City Construction Project Management Board. The project includes main construction items such as: Leveling the ground, roads, retaining walls, rainwater drainage system, wastewater, water supply system, domestic electricity supply, lighting, lotus pedestal, water sprinkler system, auxiliary buildings to display and promote typical products, cultural and tourism services of Bac Ninh. According to the approved plan of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the project will be completed and put into operation in 2027.

Currently, the project is implementing phase I with items such as: leveling, yard, lighting, water supply and drainage system, items 2 and 3 auxiliary buildings, fountain pool. The total value of the phase 1 package is more than 19 billion. Up to now, phase I has reached nearly 40% of the volume, ensuring the planned progress. The investor and contractor are currently focusing on conditions of machinery, human resources, materials, regularly monitoring the progress and quality of the project, striving to complete phase I in early June 2025.
