Also attending were Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Phan Van Mai; Chairwoman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council Nguyen Thi Le; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City Nguyen Phuoc Loc and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Accordingly, the Central Party Secretariat decided to approve four people to join the Standing Committee of the 11th Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, including: Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Committee; Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee; Mr. Pham Thanh Kien, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council; Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Secretary of District 1 Party Committee.
Ms. Van Thi Bach Tuyet, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, born in 1976, hometown Ho Chi Minh City, has a master's degree in economics and politics, a bachelor's degree in biology, and a bachelor's degree in public administration. She is currently a member of the 15th National Assembly and president of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam-US Friendship Association.

Ms. Tuyet has held many positions at Hoc Mon District Youth Union, then Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Hoc Mon District People's Committee. She has been a member of the City Party Executive Committee for 4 consecutive terms from 2005 to present.
During the 2014-2016 period, Ms. Tuyet was the Director of the Department of Tourism and a member of the 14th National Assembly. From 2016 to March 2024, she was the Deputy Head of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation. Since March, she has held the position of Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Organization Board.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Head of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, born in 1979, from An Giang, has a master's degree in economics and a senior degree in political theory.
He grew up from the Youth Union activities, and has held many positions at the City Youth Union, holding the positions of Secretary, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, and Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Cuong used to hold the position of Secretary of the Thu Duc District Party Committee before being transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the District Party Committee of District 5 (May 2017).

In May 2022, Mr. Cuong was appointed as Chief of the City Party Committee Office. From November 2023 to present, he has been Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
Mr. Pham Thanh Kien, born in 1971, from Bac Lieu. Master's degree in Party building, bachelor's degree in law, senior political theory.
Before being nominated for the position of Standing Committee Member of the City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Mr. Kien had held many positions: Chairman of District 1 People's Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Secretary of District 3 Party Committee. From November 2023 to present, he has been Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council.

Mr. Duong Anh Duc, Secretary of District 1 Party Committee, was born in 1968, his hometown is Hai Chau District, Da Nang. Mr. Duc has an associate professor degree in information technology, a doctorate in mathematics, and his work history is closely linked to the education sector. He has been associated with Ho Chi Minh City since 1990.
Mr. Duc was a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, Vice Principal of the University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City National University; Principal of the University of Information Technology, Vice Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University.
Mr. Duc then became Director of the Department of Information and Communications and was elected Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. From May to present, he has been Secretary of the District 1 Party Committee.
