Through the inspection, the Provincial Inspectorate recommended that the Provincial People's Committee take measures to rectify a number of violations in the implementation of legal regulations on investment, construction, land and fulfillment of obligations to the state budget in the projects; requiring the investor to pay the amount of 11,594 billion VND in violations.
Regarding citizen reception, the Provincial Inspectorate and departments, branches, districts, cities and towns received 766 visits. Through resolving complaints and disputes, recommendations were made to recover VND 91,736 million and review the responsibilities of 3 groups and 5 individuals.
Regarding anti-corruption work, the Provincial Inspectorate coordinates with all levels and sectors to actively collect information, assess the situation of corruption and anti-corruption work. Receive declarations of assets and income from departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, state-owned enterprises and carry out verification of assets and income at a number of provincial departments and sectors.
Mr. Le Cong Huu, Chief Inspector of Quang Binh province, said that the Inspection sector continues to promote inspection and examination work, focusing on the following areas: Inspection of the implementation of policies, laws and tasks, powers of departments and branches, issues of public concern, citizen reception, complaints, disputes, and anti-corruption.
Focus on inspecting construction investment projects; land management and use, management and exploitation of resources and minerals; purchase, transfer and purchase of public assets; management and implementation of national target programs; strengthen inspection and examination of laws on real estate business... Conduct surprise inspections when detecting signs of law violations; inspect unexpected cases assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, heads of departments, branches, and Chairmen of District People's Committees.

In the field of anti-corruption, focus on inspecting sensitive areas that are of public concern. Conduct inspections and checks on the responsibility of leaders in implementing anti-corruption laws, especially the declaration of assets, verification of assets and income of people with positions and powers. Detect and handle corruption cases promptly and strictly, and transfer cases to investigative agencies when there are signs of corruption crimes. Implement synchronous and effective solutions to prevent corruption. Expand cooperation, judicial assistance, information exchange, technical support, review and improve laws to improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption work in the new situation.
The Chief Inspector of Quang Binh province also added that the Provincial Inspectorate is urgently completing two surprise inspections assigned by the Provincial People's Committee, including: Inspection of compliance with legal regulations in the implementation of the project to supply electricity by solar energy to villages in communes that cannot be reached by the national grid (QBSC Project) invested by the Quang Binh Provincial Solar Power Supply Project Management Board; inspection of the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land in the entire province.
