According to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, heads of departments, branches, and chairmen of district-level People's Committees need to organize the dissemination and strict implementation of Conclusion No. 107 dated December 24, 2024 of the Politburo on "Continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership in the work of receiving citizens and handling complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections", and the plans of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 107.
Heads of agencies, units, and chairmen of district-level People's Committees shall strengthen citizen reception work; focus on promptly resolving complaints, denunciations, petitions, recommendations, and reflections that are crowded, complicated, and prolonged in the second quarter of 2025.
In particular, focus on thoroughly resolving mass and complicated complaints, petitions, petitions, and reflections related to real estate projects, mineral exploitation activities, the environment, etc., not allowing "hot spots" to arise, complaints, petitions beyond the level of authority; report the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee) before June 15, 2025.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee to monitor, urge, inspect, and summarize the implementation of the above contents, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before June 20, 2025.
At the same time, strengthen the role of the Working Group in inspecting, reviewing, and resolving mass, complicated, and prolonged complaints and denunciations in the province; continue to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee measures to improve the effectiveness of citizen reception, handling of complaints, denunciations, reflections, and recommendations.
