Products include: premium Y Phat beef jerky (Y Phat business household, Hai Rieng town); rice cakes mixed with nutritious seeds and brown rice floss bars (Thi Nga business household, Ea Ly commune); instant beef jerky, shredded beef jerky and shredded pork jerky of Nguyen Thi Minh Thu household; smoked beef, smoked pork, spicy chicken jerky and Hung Mien shredded pork jerky of Nguyen Duy Hung household.
The meeting was attended by OCOP experts, representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Industry and Trade, the District OCOP Council and local authorities.
After the presentations from the subjects, the council evaluated 10 products that met the 3-star OCOP standard. At the same time, it gave suggestions on labels and packaging, helping to improve traceability for consumers.
Up to now, Song Hinh has had 30 3-star OCOP products. These products are not only consumed easily, creating jobs locally but also contributing to promoting the locality.
