Thanh Hoa creates conditions for Cooperatives to access land funds

As of April 2024, the whole province has 479 agricultural cooperatives granted certificates of land use rights, land lease, land location planning for building headquarters, building warehouses, stores for business and product display, production and business areas. Of which, 45 cooperatives have been granted certificates of land use rights, 302 cooperatives are renting or borrowing land for headquarters. In addition, in the province, there are 19 cooperatives granted certificates of land use rights, 136 cooperatives are renting or borrowing land to build warehouses, stores for business and product display.

Along with that, Thanh Hoa Province Cooperative Union has coordinated with localities to create conditions and support 113 Cooperatives to rent land to invest in production development in the direction of building large-scale model fields, currently focusing on the field of safe vegetable production, synchronous mechanization, and high-tech application.
