Consulting on the Project of Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park in Quynh Phu, Thai Binh
The Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park being developed in Quynh Phu district is being planned by the People's Committee of Thai Binh province with an area of about 292 hectares.

According to information from the Investment Electronic Newspaper - Baodautu.vn , the People's Committee of Thai Binh province has just sent a document to the Ministry of Planning and Investment and a number of related ministries and branches to ask for opinions on the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for the Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park in Quynh Phu district, Thai Binh province.
This is a project prepared by the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Thai Binh province. The planning area belongs to the administrative boundaries of the communes: Quynh Trang, Quynh Xa, An Vinh and Dong Hai (Quynh Phu district).
Planning boundary, the North borders provincial road 468 (Thai Ha road), Quynh Xa - An Vinh canal; the South borders provincial road 396D, current residential area of Dong Hai commune; the East borders National Highway 10; the West borders provincial road 396DB, current residential area of Quynh Xa commune.
The total area of the planning research area is 334.19 hectares; the industrial park planning area is 292.48 hectares, of which the land for factory and warehouse construction is 183 hectares, the land for the management area and public area is 24.18 hectares, the land for other technical infrastructure works is 3.64 hectares; the land for green trees is 33.97 hectares, the land for canals is 7.13 hectares, the parking lot is 1.23 hectares, the land for internal traffic roads is 39.3 hectares, and other land is 41.71 hectares.
According to the People's Committee of Thai Binh province, the Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park is a specialized industrial park project, specializing in manufacturing and providing services for the production of products in the concentrated Pharmaceutical - Biological industry, with synchronous technical infrastructure, complete services, high technology, environmental protection and sustainable development.
In this Project, the People's Committee of Thai Binh province will allocate most of the area for GMP-standard manufacturing plants, focusing on enhancing the value of the pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and medical equipment production chain, producing medicinal materials and inventing new drugs, investing in specialized infrastructure according to the pharmaceutical industry's production standards system; exploiting and enhancing the value of medicinal material resources; producing high-tech medical equipment, and developing high-tech pharmaceutical human resources on the spot.
In addition, the industrial park also invests in building: Research and Development Institute; Biotechnology Zone; Logistics Center, bonded warehouse and GSP-standard warehouse for the Pharmaceutical industry; Commercial area and introduction of medical and pharmaceutical products; Residential area for experts and technicians; Education - training and incubation area for start-up businesses in the Pharmaceutical - Biological industry.
Currently, there are two units cooperating to invest in the Pharmaceutical - Biological Industrial Park in Thai Binh: Makara Capital Investment Fund and Sakae Corporate Advisory based in Singapore.
