Invest and implement many new projects
In 2024, THACO's member corporations will focus on investing and implementing many new projects both domestically and internationally, while promoting recruitment activities to meet the set strategic goals.
In the field of Agriculture, in 2024, THACO AGRI will continue to invest 5,800 billion VND to build and complete the model of a large-scale, integrated/circular agricultural production complex on an organic basis with stable output and quality (including 1 complex in the Central Highlands, 2 complexes in Cambodia and 1 complex in Laos).
By the end of this year, THACO AGRI aims to increase the total area of specialized banana cultivation to over 11,600 hectares, the total area of fruit trees combined with cattle farming to 7,100 hectares, the total herd size to over 151,500 cows, the herd size to 136,600 pigs, and the output of animal feed to 120,000 tons. In addition, THACO AGRI continues to develop a high-value freshwater fish farming project, including completing fish hatcheries and mass-raising meat fish.

THACO AGRI provides the export market with large-volume and high-quality organic products.
Regarding industrial production in agriculture, THACO AGRI will complete the infrastructure of industrial clusters in Agricultural Complexes, and at the same time put into operation important and urgent factories such as: factory producing specialized equipment and tools in agriculture; packaging factory; plastic materials factory... THACO AGRI also continues to research and invest in a Center for seeds and application of science, technology and new generation specialized machinery in agriculture.
To complete the planned targets, THACO AGRI is stepping up recruitment of 12,600 additional employees, bringing the total number of THACO AGRI employees by the end of this year to 34,300. In particular, THACO AGRI focuses on recruiting workers in Laos, Cambodia and foreign technical personnel for crop production and livestock breeding.

THACO INDUSTRIES aims to become the "nucleus" of regional connectivity, contributing to creating added value and growth momentum for Vietnam's industry.
In the field of Mechanical Engineering and Supporting Industry, THACO INDUSTRIES also allocated VND 2,100 billion for investment activities, research and expansion of spare parts factories in the North and the Mechanical Engineering and Supporting Industry Center in the South, R&D Center, establishment of a Sales Company in the US for the North American market (including the US, Canada, Mexico), 2 Representative Offices in Europe and Australia to support existing customers and develop the market.
THACO INDUSTRIES's consolidated revenue in 2024 is expected to reach VND13,000 billion, of which export revenue is USD250 million. With this development plan, THACO INDUSTRIES also recruits 980 employees (mainly engineers for the R&D Center), bringing the total to 8,620 employees.
For the Trade - Service sector, with the continued operation of phase 2 of THISO Mall Truong Chinh - Phan Huy Ich; construction and completion to put into operation the first THISO Mall Tay Ho Tay in Hanoi, in Bien Hoa - Dong Nai and the 4th Trade Center in Ho Chi Minh City in early 2025, THISO will recruit an additional 414 employees this year.

THISO continues to build a system of shopping malls, accelerating the development of the retail sector.
In addition, at THACO Chu Lai Industrial Park, this year, THACO also focused on implementing traffic infrastructure projects, industrial parks and urban areas with a total investment of VND 3,894 billion. The remaining member corporations of THACO also implemented and completed important projects, and recruited nearly 600 employees to meet the development needs and promote production and business.
Develop the right staff
Along with promoting investment in important projects, THACO and its member corporations also focus on developing human resources suitable for THACO's philosophy, culture and industrial management methods.

THACO focuses on training human resources suitable for the group's culture and adapting to the context in the new development path.
At member corporations, human resources are oriented to develop based on the specific characteristics of each industry. Accordingly, the criteria for recruiting human resources are set out including: positive working attitude; leadership, management and professional capacity; adaptability, flexibility in all situations and suitability with the culture of the corporation.
At the same time, THACO focuses on developing a team of "superior" leaders from within and recruiting from outside through planning, training and rotation, ensuring succession to form a team of successor leaders with high ethics, management capacity and expertise. This is also a key factor for THACO to realize the plans set out in the new development stage.
