TH true Food launched the product line "Vietnamese Kitchen - Kind Housewife", including rice cakes, dumplings and kimchi with the criteria of freshness, convenience, natural ingredients and easy traceability.
On July 20, TH Group held the event "Launching Ceremony of TH true Food - Vietnamese kitchen products - Kind housewives", marking its entry into the processed food market with 9 products on shelves in the product line of rice cakes, dumplings, bacon, kimchi, and smoked sausages.
In particular, the rice cake product line has two types including rice cake with cheese sauce and rice cake with Mozzarella cheese sauce. With this product, TH true Food uses Japonica rice which has abundant nutrition and soft texture. The cheese ingredient is completely sourced from TH farm, ensuring the quality of input materials for production.
TH true Food Dumplings product line includes three types: pork filling; shrimp filling combined with meat - fresh vegetables; and meat - Mozzarella cheese filling. This product provides many groups of nutrients for consumers, from starch, protein to fiber, vitamins, minerals and fat, while ensuring convenience, serving the needs of modern families.

TH true Food sliced cabbage kimchi is a product that undergoes a natural fermentation process on a modern production line, preserving its freshness, crispness and natural nutrition, with a slightly sour and slightly spicy flavor. The product guarantees "two no's": no colorants and no preservatives.
Mr. Pham The Quyen - Director of Research and Development, TH Group affirmed that the raw materials of TH true Food products come from reputable suppliers, easy to trace the origin, ensure quality, are natural, and meet food hygiene and safety standards. Above all, all processed food products of the brand do not use preservatives.
At the event, nutrition experts assessed that processed foods are an essential need in modern life, helping to save time for today's women in particular and families in general. Processed food products that meet standards all ensure nutritional value.
According to Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Kim - Director of the Institute of Food Safety and Nutrition, processed food products have two factors that have the greatest impact on consumers' health, which are safety and nutrition. These are two factors that go hand in hand and need to be strictly controlled. Therefore, consumers need to develop the habit of reading labels, origin and preservation methods to ensure the safety and nutritional value of processed food products.
"No matter how much nutrition is guaranteed, if there are bacteria, viruses or toxic chemicals, all the remaining factors are useless," she added.

Access to sufficient clean food is the key to maintaining life and improving health. Food safety, nutrition and food security are closely related. Unsafe food will create a vicious cycle of disease and malnutrition, especially affecting infants, young children, the elderly and patients.
He added that as the demand for processed foods increases, the mission and role of manufacturers also becomes more important. They need to produce healthy, clean, and convenient products for consumers. The market needs manufacturers with prestige, experience, vision, and modern technology in the production line.
A representative of TH Group said that to ensure product quality, the company has operated the TH Clean Food Processing Factory in Bac Ninh with the largest scale and most modern technology in Vietnam. All TH true Food processed food products are produced at this factory.
With a construction area of over 41,000 m2, the entire factory, equipment, and production technology are designed according to standards and conditions to ensure food safety, including 12 modern, synchronous, high-capacity food production lines provided by leading companies in Europe, Japan, and Korea.
The factory is capable of handling all stages from preliminary processing, processing, packaging, preservation and circulation with a variety of high-quality products, international quality management processes; achieving FSSC 22000 certification - comprehensive food safety standards.

The factory owns a modern IQF super-fast freezing system, using conveyor belts moving at slow speeds. Here, the products are directly exposed to cold air at gradually lower temperatures, from -35 to -40 degrees Celsius. This technology helps to preserve the fresh taste of the product, ensuring freshness and nutrition, prolonging the preservation time of food, instead of using preservatives.
In August, the company will continue to launch smoked meat products including two types of smoked ham, smoked pork belly and smoked sausage products.
In the coming time, TH true Food will develop a diverse product portfolio, including processed products (ham, sausage, meatballs), starch products (vermicelli, pho, tofu), convenient products (beef stew, broth, hot pot) and sauces. In addition, the group also researches and develops a line of nutritional meal products.
