At the training session, women were shared by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan (lecturer at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City) with basic skills in sales; how to persuade customers and handle feedback; how to display and decorate products to attract customers; the importance of advertising in business; how to attract customers, maintain long-term relationships with customers; how to advertise by word of mouth; building brands and product stories; how to calculate product prices, promotions, etc.

Many sales situations are posed for women to think and answer together.

The training session aims to equip knowledge and sales skills, helping Cham ethnic minority women promote the cultural values ​​of traditional craft villages associated with local tourism development, improve sales efficiency, increase income, and stabilize their lives.
