Phu Ninh has identified 2024 as a year of acceleration, focusing on implementing the goals of the District Party Congress Resolution, in which the task of compensation and site clearance (GPMB) is being implemented by Party committees, authorities from the district to the grassroots level and the entire political system to achieve the set plan goals.

Currently, Phu Ninh district is implementing 49 projects, of which 14 projects have been completed, the remaining 35 projects are still being implemented. Of the 35 projects being implemented, there are 19 key projects (3 projects have completed site clearance, the remaining 16 projects are continuing site clearance) and 16 other projects.
Basically, the projects ensure the progress of investment projects such as: The project to renovate, upgrade and reinforce Au Co road has a total length that the investor proposed to clear the land of about 23.34km, currently the site clearance has been carried out, and 19.24km has been handed over to the investor. The investment project to build Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho expressway connecting Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway has a total length of 3.7km through Phu Ninh district, currently the entire route has been handed over to the investor. The traffic route project connecting from Provincial Road 323 to National Highway 2, has handed over 5.734/6.3km to the investor... From the beginning of 2023 to now, the area has recovered over 35 hectares, with a total compensation cost of more than 70 billion VND.
Comrade Hoang Van Luyen - Director of Phu Ninh District Land Fund Development Center said: The Center has proactively advised the District People's Committee to complete working groups, projects to clearly assign responsibilities to people, tasks, and officials in charge of each project, and at the same time assign responsibilities and assign some Chairmen of the Commune People's Committees to be the heads of working groups for some projects. The District Compensation Council has also developed plans and options for each specific project. Relevant units have proactively updated the implementation progress regularly, reported problems and difficulties for timely handling and resolution. Local Party committees and authorities have enhanced their sense of responsibility in directing, operating, and implementing compensation for land acquisition and clearance in the area; mobilized the strength of socio-political organizations and communities to participate in propaganda work, mobilize people to agree, and actively coordinate with investors in compensation for land acquisition and clearance.
The motto of publicity, transparency, and compliance with the law, along with ensuring the harmony of interests between the parties, while being resolute and determined, has been effectively applied by Phu Ninh district in the work of land acquisition and clearance. Under the strong and close direction of the Steering Committee of key projects, since the beginning of the year, the Land Fund Development Center has advised the District People's Committee to organize 5 enforcement cases, including 2 compulsory land inventory cases and 3 land recovery cases belonging to the projects: Dong Tram Quan urban area, investment in the construction of the clean water supply system in Le My commune, investment in the construction of the Tuyen Quang-Phu Tho expressway connecting Noi Bai-Lao Cai expressway...
In the coming time, to do well the work of compensation for site clearance and land handover for key projects, Phu Ninh will continue to strengthen the leadership and direction of the District Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; enhance the responsibility of the heads of Party committees and local authorities in land management and construction management in the locality right after the planning and land use plan are approved.
Fully implement the public and transparent process from the establishment of land use planning, notification of land recovery, inventory... to the completion of land acquisition and clearance work. Regularly innovate the forms of propaganda and dissemination of State policies and laws and provincial regulations on planning, projects, land policies, land acquisition and clearance...
