Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs Au Anh Tuan has just signed and issued Document No. 6550/TCHQ-TXNK dated December 30, 2024, on strengthening financial discipline and order in state budget collection to provincial and municipal Customs Departments across the country.
Accordingly, implementing Official Dispatch No. 85/CD-TTg dated September 2, 2024 of the Prime Minister on the management of the state budget estimate, the Government's resolution in Resolution No. 233/NQ-CP dated December 10, 2024, Official Dispatch No. 9466/VPCP-KTTH dated December 23, 2024 of the Government Office on strengthening financial discipline and order in state budget management; on October 15, 2024, the General Department of Customs issued Official Dispatch No. 4984/TCHQ-TXNK on state budget collection at the end of 2024.

Based on the above documents, the General Department of Customs requests provincial and municipal Customs Departments to continue to strengthen financial discipline and order in state budget collection. At the same time, effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks.
"Provincial and municipal Customs Departments need to focus on implementing more drastic and stronger solutions to collect state budget revenue to ensure correct, full and timely collection and resolutely combat tax losses," the General Department of Customs requested.
In addition, the General Department of Customs assigns the Directors of the Provincial and Municipal Customs Departments to monitor and urge according to assigned functions and tasks.
