Tan Ha Ward Party Committee has 23 subordinate Party cells with 1,020 Party members. Comrade Nguyen Van Bac, Secretary of Tan Ha Ward Party Committee, said: Honored to be selected by Tuyen Quang City Party Committee to organize the grassroots congress for the 2025-2030 term, the Ward Party Committee has developed and issued a specific and detailed plan to organize the Ward Party Congress.

The preparation work for the Congress was carried out seriously and systematically, in the spirit of the direction of the superiors to organize the model congress. The ward has completed the dissemination and guidance of Directive No. 35 of the Politburo, directives, plans, and instructions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the City Party Committee, and the Ward Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Party Committee has established 3 sub-committees: Document Sub-committee, Personnel Sub-committee, Decoration, Celebration - Logistics Sub-committee and support teams for the sub-committees; assigning specific tasks to each sub-committee and members of the support team according to the motto of clear people, clear work.

Leaders of Tuyen Quang City People's Committee and Tan Ha Ward attended and cut the ribbon to inaugurate the Cultural House of Residential Group 9, a project to welcome the Congress of Tan Ha Ward.

The Ward Party Committee selected two subordinate Party cells to organize model Congresses, which are the Party cell of residential group 3 and the Party cell of Truong Thanh Primary School; invited Party cell secretaries in residential groups and agencies to attend to learn and gain experience before organizing the Congress simultaneously. By January 7, the model Congresses in the two Party cells had been completed. By January 12, 100% of the Party cells under the Ward Party Committee had completed the organization of the Congress, ensuring quality, solemnity, following instructions, and on schedule. The quality of the Party cell Congress documents was fully and thoroughly prepared. Regarding the quality of personnel, the Party cell Executive Committees, Secretaries, and Deputy Secretaries with sufficient virtue and talent were elected, ensuring the correct quantity and structure according to regulations.

As the re-elected Secretary for this term, immediately after the Model Congress, he and the Party Cell Committee developed a Resolution, an action program to implement the Resolution, developed regulations for implementation, assigned tasks to Party members to implement; deployed the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2027 term to Party members; called on Party members and people to uphold the spirit of solidarity, democracy, creativity, efficiency, and determination to successfully implement the targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution.

At this time, the Tan Ha Ward Party Committee has completed the reports including: Political Report, Review Report of the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee, Term III, approved for the third time, prepared to submit to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for consideration and comments; developed personnel projects to be presented at the Ward Party Congress. At the same time, developed a plan for propaganda and celebration decoration; directed the residential group Party cells to select tasks and build specific works to welcome the Congress.

Tan Ha Ward Party Secretary Nguyen Van Bac presented flowers to congratulate the new term Party Committee of Residential Group 3.

The Ward Party Committee has selected 2 projects and 1 part of the work to celebrate the Congress, of which the construction of the Cultural House of Residential Group 9 has been completed. Currently, the project to repair and upgrade the Ward Cultural House is being implemented; the flooring is being carried out.

The remaining 4 items including: making the ceiling, replacing the entire door system, leveling the front yard of the cultural house and repainting the entire cultural house will continue to be implemented, striving to complete by the end of March 2025, in time for the organization of the Ward Party Congress scheduled to take place in mid-April 2025. The work of maintaining urban order and civilization on Minh Thanh and Le Duan streets is also directed to be accelerated.

The subordinate Party cells have been carrying out 11 projects and 6 tasks to welcome the Congress, focusing on concrete for alleys and residential areas, building new cultural houses and cultural house grounds; supporting funds to make banners and slogans welcoming the Congress; building fences, pouring concrete sidewalks around schools...

Along with that, the Ward Party Committee has directed the entire political system to participate, promote propaganda work in many forms, widely to all classes of people about the meaning and importance of the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; build 3 clusters of propaganda panels about the Party Congress at the Party Committee Headquarters, the Ward People's Committee, in the Truong Tien Market area and at Sao Mai Kindergarten; prepare to build banners to hang on some main roads of the ward...
