The homeroom teacher of class 4/3 is responsible for handing over records, documents, machinery, equipment, teaching aids and other school and class related content to the new homeroom teacher.
During the period of suspension, this teacher must ensure continuous communication when requested to explain or provide records and documents related to disciplinary review or exchange related information.
On the same morning (September 30), information from Chuong Duong Primary School said that 24/38 students of class 4/3 were absent because their parents were not aware of the situation. Currently, the school has arranged for another teacher to temporarily take charge of class 4/3.
Previously, social networks spread information that the homeroom teacher of class 4/3 at Chuong Duong Primary School proactively asked parents of students in the class to support the teacher with money to buy a laptop.
However, many parents disagreed, so the support was stopped. The teacher provided her own laptop but announced that she would not prepare review outlines for students, making many parents upset.
The People's Committee of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City has directed the strict handling of this incident, and at the same time requested the principals of all schools in the area to organize a review to prevent similar cases from happening.
