Bac Giang organizes tourism promotion at Hanoi International Tourism Fair 2025

NDO - On April 11, at the Hanoi International Tourism Fair 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang province held a conference to promote, advertise and introduce Bac Giang tourism destinations with the theme "Bac Giang - Green tourism destination of Vietnam".

The conference aims to promote the rich tourism potential of Bac Giang, Kinh Bac land with 2,237 relics, including 6 special national relics and 4 UNESCO heritages.

Bac Giang province possesses unique ecological landscapes such as Suoi Mo, Cam Son Lake, Khe Ro forest, and Luc Ngan fruit orchard famous for its lychee trees.

Bac Giang aims to develop four main types of tourism: cultural-spiritual, ecological-resort, entertainment-recreation, and community tourism associated with agriculture and craft villages.

Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Giang Do Tuan Khoa said that Bac Giang has organized many outstanding tourism events such as Tay Yen Tu Culture - Tourism Week, Yen The Uprising Anniversary Festival, and lychee consumption promotion activities. In 2024, the province welcomed 2.7 million visitors, earning about VND 2,200 billion in revenue. The province has digitized tourism publications, applied technology, and linked with many localities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An and the northeastern provinces to exploit tourism.

"Bac Giang province calls on businesses and investors to build unique tourism products, making Bac Giang an attractive destination in the northern midland and mountainous region," Mr. Do Tuan Khoa stated.

Bac Giang aims to welcome 3 million tourists in 2025 and 7.5 million in 2030, affirming its determination to bring Bac Giang tourism far and wide, contributing to sustainable socio-economic development.
