Exciting National Unity Day in An Long residential area

In celebration of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front on November 18 (1930 - 2024), this morning, November 6, An Long residential area, Trieu Hoa commune, Trieu Phong district, Quang Tri province enthusiastically organized the National Great Unity Day and the Military - People Cultural Festival; launching the construction of a model new rural residential area. An Long is a residential area with a long history, located in the center of Trieu Hoa commune, the life of the people is mainly agricultural production, the whole residential area has 267 households/1,172 people. Over the years, promoting the tradition of solidarity, diligence, creativity in labor and production, the people of An Long have exploited the potential and strengths of the locality, overcome difficulties to rise up, build the homeland to develop more and more.

Stable productivity and output of crops and livestock, and efficient investment in infrastructure have changed the face of the countryside. The material and spiritual life of the people has been significantly improved, with an estimated average income per capita in 2024 of 65.5 million VND/person; the number of well-off and wealthy households is increasing, while there are only 6 poor households, accounting for 2.72% of the total number of households in the area. The work of encouraging learning and talent; and taking care of people's health has always been focused on.

Political security and social order and safety are maintained, the great national unity bloc is increasingly consolidated and expanded, the people's sovereignty is clearly promoted, and social consensus is increasingly enhanced.

Speaking at the festival, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Ho Thi Thu Hang emphasized: The results that the cadres and people of An Long village residential area have achieved in recent years are evidence of the effective implementation of the Party and State's policies on great national unity. Thereby, it demonstrates the diligence, working spirit, and spirit of solidarity and efforts of the people in implementing patriotic emulation movements and building new rural areas.

At the same time, we hope that the people of An Long village will continue to promote tradition and unite to build our homeland to develop more and more in all aspects.
