On January 4, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, Petrovietnam - National Energy Industry Group and Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union (VGTU) organized the program "Spring of Oil and Gas Love - Warm and Sharing Tet" in 2025, Southern region.
Attending the program were members of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Bui Minh Tien, Nguyen Van Mau, Pham Tuan Anh; Mr. Duong Manh Son - Deputy General Director of Petrovietnam; Mr. Pham Quang Dung - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association, Member of the Party Committee of the Group, Chairman of the Group's Veterans Association; Mr. Le Minh Hong - former Deputy General Director of the Group, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Association; Mr. Dinh Duc Manh - Deputy Secretary of the Group's Youth Union.
On behalf of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union, there were Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan - Member of the Party Committee of the Group, President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union; Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Vice President of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union; and nearly 800 officials, employees, and oil and gas workers in the Southern region.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Nghiem Thuy Lan said that in recent years, in addition to the role of representing and protecting the rights of workers, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union at all levels has performed well its role as the "key" to connecting workers and businesses, and at the same time, accompanied Petrovietnam in successfully completing the set production and business goals.
With many diverse and flexible action programs with many forms of caring for union members and workers, focusing on the grassroots, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union has helped union members and workers not only stay attached to the enterprise but also firmly believe in the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party and State, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
With the motto of continuing to effectively organize activities to provide practical material and spiritual care for union members and workers, demonstrating the beauty of oil and gas culture, ensuring that all union members and workers celebrate a joyful, prosperous and happy Lunar New Year, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union organizes the program "Spring of Oil and Gas Love - Warm and Sharing Tet" in 2025 in the two regions of the South and the North.
At the program held in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union awarded 4 billion VND to the organizing units of the program "Spring of Oil and Gas Love - Warm and Sharing Tet" in 2025; 3 billion VND to support disadvantaged workers.
In addition, oil and gas workers can also participate in cultural and sports activities, displaying Spring Space with creativity and innovation.
In addition to organizing the program "Spring of Oil and Gas Love - Warm and Sharing Tet", the Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union will organize activities to visit, give gifts, and wish union members a happy New Year on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, paying special attention to union members, workers who are still in difficulty, have low income, have serious illnesses, workers in difficult circumstances or are unemployed...
The Vietnam Oil and Gas Trade Union recommends that all levels of trade unions proactively research appropriate forms to organize activities to celebrate Spring and Tet, visit and encourage union members and workers who are unable to return home to celebrate Tet, creating a warm, joyful atmosphere, bearing the mark of the trade union on the occasion of the New Year.

* Unique and special Spring Space Award, each worth 10 million VND, belongs to PVCFC and PVMR.
* Impressive Spring Space Award, each prize of 5 million VND belongs to PVOIL, Vietsovpetro, PVcomBank, PV Drilling.
* Creative Spring Space Prize of 5 million VND, belongs to PTSC, PVTrans, PVU, PV GAS, PV Power.
* Colorful Spring Space Award, each prize of 3 million VND belongs to PVI and PVEP.
* The Spring Space Award connecting regional cultures, worth 3 million VND, belongs to the Long Phu 1 Industrial Zone Project Management Board and the Electricity Project Management Board.
* The award for the Spring Space imbued with identity, each prize of 3 million VND, belongs to PETROCONs and PV College.
