The event is part of a series of more than 40 international trade exhibitions on the F&B, restaurant and accommodation industry globally organized by Informa Markets.
In Vietnam, with two rotating editions in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Food & Hospitality Hanoi this year will attract more than 170 exhibitors from 24 countries and territories. It is known that the number of participating businesses up to now has increased by 22% compared to the 2023 edition. Of which, the number of international exhibitors accounts for 70%, an increase of 5% compared to the previous year. This proves that the F&B and accommodation services market in Hanoi is gradually attracting more attention from international businesses.
Many brands such as Andros Vietnam, Annapolis (Kawami - Long Beach), Canh Dong Vang, Cobi Group, Cubes Asia, Dalat Milk (TH True Milk), Digicorp, Dyson, Good Food, Ly Gia Vien, Mimosa, My Lan, Orana, Østerberg, Robot Coupe, Seito System, Silikal, Solve Asia, Tan Nhat Huong, Thien Vuong, TTC Food, United Vision, Vinabeef, Vina Foam,... have confirmed their participation in this year's exhibition.

The exhibition is expected to attract 7,200 industry visitors over three days, from March 18 to 20. A wide range of F&B products, bread, cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee, wine, spirits, alcoholic beverages, etc. will be on display.
In addition, the event also showcases food services and hotel equipment, food technology, packaging, disposables, hotel technology and other related industrial services.
In addition to its role as a trade bridge, Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 is also a unique cultural and culinary exchange space. As one of the exhibitions with the highest proportion of international booths, more than 24 participating countries promise to bring a rare culinary exchange to the Vietnamese market.
