Up to now, there are 3 industrial parks in the district, including Dong Lang industrial park, with an adjusted area of ​​35.2 hectares in Phu Ninh commune with 26 domestic and foreign projects investing in production and stable business operations, with a total investment capital of 77,023,000 USD, equivalent to 1,063.37 billion VND.

Along with Dong Lang Industrial Park, the infrastructure items of Tu Da - An Dao Industrial Park have also been basically completed, attracting 24 projects into production and business with a total investment capital of 113,541,774 USD, equivalent to 2,611.46 billion VND.

Located in Gia Thanh and Phu Nham communes, Phu Gia Industrial Park has a total land use area of ​​38 hectares, of which 29.09 hectares have been compensated, reaching 76.55%, and technical infrastructure investment on the allocated land area of ​​15.65 hectares has been made, attracting 7 secondary investment projects, of which 5 projects have been completed and put into operation.

Mr. Dinh Quang Dung - Director of Phu Gia Company Limited - investor of Phu Gia Industrial Park infrastructure said: Besides closely coordinating with local authorities to speed up site clearance progress and deploy technical infrastructure investment, the Company is urgently preparing steps to invest in building a wastewater treatment area to attract investment.

According to Document No. 1400/UBND-CNXD dated April 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on establishing tasks and surveying, establishing construction zoning plans for 4 industrial parks: Phu Ninh, Trung Ha II, Thanh Ba, Doan Hung, in which the scale of research and planning for Phu Ninh Industrial Park is 409.47 hectares, located in the communes: Gia Thanh, Bao Thanh, Tri Quan, Ha Giap, Phu Loc, Phu Ninh District People's Committee coordinated with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to organize a conference to collect opinions from the community, and at the same time publicly display the planning project tasks at the headquarters of the People's Committees of the communes, cultural houses of residential areas within the scope of the planning study.

The District People's Committee has also issued a document to strengthen land management and construction order within the scope of the Phu Ninh Industrial Park Construction Zoning Plan, scale 1/2000, requiring specialized agencies and People's Committees of the communes: Ha Giap, Bao Thanh, Tri Quan, Gia Thanh, Phu Loc to strengthen their grasp of the local situation, promptly detect violations; take measures to prevent and coordinate with relevant agencies to strictly handle violations of construction order, land management and use, especially construction, expansion of architectural structures, planting more trees than the prescribed density to take advantage of compensation work within the scope of the Industrial Park planning study that has organized to collect opinions from the community.

In the coming time, to facilitate investment attraction, especially to welcome the new "wave" of investment, the district will focus on directing the acceleration of site clearance for industrial parks, early handover of land to investors; coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to plan Phu Ninh Industrial Park. Implement solutions to remove difficulties, create a favorable investment environment; focus on developing industrial and handicraft production, services associated with urban development; create breakthroughs in building socio-economic infrastructure, promote administrative reform, improve the investment and business environment. Coordinate with departments, branches, and investment units in attracting enterprises to invest in cleaner production industrial projects, modern technology, and non-polluting the environment in the district.
